C.R.A.P. (Community Revitalization Action Project)
The C.R.A.P. project was intended on re-purposing unused signage and signage spaces to install artwork and draw attention to blight in the city. In multiple cases the artwork drew attention to the unused spaces which lead to their activation and use. Success!
